Overnight Oats

Gluten-free & dairy-free.

Loaded with fiber, protein & healthy fats to keep you satiated all morning!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond, coconut or oat milk
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (preferably VT…Vermonter here 😉
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • optional: 1/2 cup yogurt of choice (coconut or almond milk for dairy-free)
  • optional: 1 tbsp collagen powder (you can purchase quality-grade here).

Directions:

Mix it all together in a mason jar and let sit overnight, so it’s ready in the morning!

I like to make 5 servings in separate mason jars, so I have them for the entire week.
