I used to be 25 pounds overweight with chronic fatigue and severe digestive troubles.
I used to wake up exhausted & unrefreshed. I would hit the snooze button ten 10 times then drag myself out of bed.
I would push through my day by jazzing myself up with coffee & sweet treats while secretly fantasizing about climbing back into bed!
My digestion was a mess.... feeling like I was 6 months pregnant by 6pm was no beuno and not sexy...like at all.
I honestly just felt hopeless, overwhelmed with life, purposeless and the worst part was...
I knew there was more to life.
I just didn't know how to get there.

In 2009, I discovered Reiki...
I learned that that my physical ailments were connected to my mental, emotional and energetic state and that I had the power to start to heal myself...
